One-on-One Sessions

At the beginning of the session cycle, the client's objectives are agreed upon. Each session addresses issues important to the client and contributes to the intended outcome.

Duration and Frequency

A typical coaching session lasts up to 60 minutes. For a selected number of sessions, meetings are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks.

Form

Coaching sessions are usually conducted remotely. If the client wishes, a face-to-face meeting can be arranged.

Quantity of Sessions

The number of sessions to be scheduled per session cycle. Usually 3-10 sessions are agreed.
